Bookings and cancellation policy

We accept all major credit cards and EFTPOS as well as zipMoney.


Bookings are essential for all treatments. To fully enjoy your Laser Skin Centre experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment – plenty of time to relax and meet with your treatment specialist.

  • Please note that for some treatments we require a $50.00 redeemable deposit to secure your booking.

Cancellation & confirmation

We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so someone else may have the appointment time.

Cancellations without 24 hours notice will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Regrettably, a treatment may be deducted from a series if a client has cancelled or not showed to an appointment more than once.

While we are happy to provide gift certificates or trade services, unfortunately we are unable to give refunds for pre-paid services or treatment packages due to a change of mind.
